These three different insurance OIS CVD PS brokers are all owned by the same parent company, offering distinctly different products to their customers, often with some cross over. In fact their business model was based on this customer sharing. This meant that, when it became time to freshen up their branding, they needed to look like a family, without seeming the same. A challenge, but hey, this is It Starts, we were up for it.
This was a large, multi-channel rebrand of large businesses with existing customers who needed to feel comfortable with the finished product. We started by getting to know the industry, researching the competition and finding out what works and what doesn’t. We also looked into each business to see how we could integrate new and exciting innovations within the existing infrastructure.
When we had cracked the research, we tackled the look and feel of each, making it obvious that they were all connected but, crucially, serving different needs.
Finally, we conducted an audit of the types of media that were applicable and constructed a strong visual identity for digital, social and print.
